Preparation for Your Cleaning Appointment

  • Tidy Up Before We Arrive: While we don’t require a deep clean before we come, please ensure that personal items such as clothes, toys, or dishes are tidied up. This helps us access all areas that need cleaning more efficiently.
  • Fresh Start Option: If it’s been over 45 days since your last professional cleaning or if there is heavier-than-normal dirt buildup, please select the “Fresh Start” flat-rate extra when booking. This allows us to allocate sufficient time to thoroughly clean your home.
  • Special Requests: If you have any specific requests, please let us know in advance so we can tailor our service to meet your needs effectively.

When We Get There

  • Extra Tasks: If we have to do more jobs like tidying up or sorting things out that aren't part of our usual cleaning service, we will use our hourly rate for this work before we begin. This rule applies if we're unable to start cleaning as we get there.
